A vacation house designed so guests book once, then plan the next trip before they leave.
The brief was simple: make it feel like a small hotel, not a decorated condo. We rebuilt the bedrooms around layered linen, quiet oak, and light. The living kitchen was opened so a family can cook and sit without lining up.
Every surface was chosen for turnover as much as for beauty. The house now photographs at dusk, lives easily at capacity, and is built to be rebooked.
