A design-build studio for 30A.

Remodel 30A was founded to do one kind of work well: design, remodel, and build houses along Scenic Highway 30A that feel considered in person and hold their value on paper.

Carla leads the studio from East County Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. The practice is small on purpose. You work with the people who will still be on the job when the last fixture is set — not a rotating cast of estimators and project managers you never asked for.

We take on kitchens, baths, whole-home remodels, and short-term rentals. The through-line is the same: quiet materials, durable assemblies, and rooms that photograph like a magazine without living like a set.
