From spa-level primary suites to guest baths that need to reset between stays, we build rooms that feel quiet, dry well, and hold up to Florida humidity.
A bathroom on 30A should feel like an exhale. Soft plaster, a tub with a view of palms, brass that will patina, tile that can take wet feet all summer. We design for that feeling, then build for the climate.
Primary suites get the full treatment: wet rooms, heated floors where they earn it, vanities with real storage, lighting that works at 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Guest baths and powder rooms are edited — one strong material move, nothing extra.
For short-term rentals, we specify fixtures and surfaces that look elevated and can be cleaned in minutes. Beauty and turnover are not opposites.
